Overview
This policy explains what information the operator of EyesOnCash (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and your dashboard, what we use it for, and who we share it with.
In short: we collect what we need to run your account, prevent fraud and process your payments. We do not sell your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, mobile number, country and password. We store your password in hashed form, not as readable text.
- Referral code: if you enter one at sign-up, we record who invited you.
- Payment details: the transaction IDs and payment proofs (such as screenshots) you submit for deposits, and the payout details you enter for withdrawals.
- Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help.
Information we record as you use the service
- IP address and user agent (your browser and device type) when you sign in and when you do something that involves money, such as a deposit, a withdrawal or a completed ad view.
- Transaction history: deposits, plan purchases, ad earnings, referral commissions, achievement rewards, transfers between your wallets and withdrawals.
- Ad-view history: which ads you watched and when.
- Approximate location at sign-up: when you open the sign-up page, we look up the country your IP address appears to be in so the form can suggest your country and dialling code. This lookup uses a third-party IP geolocation service.
- How you found us: when you arrive on the site without being signed in, we note the page that linked to you (as much of its address as your browser shares), any campaign tags or referral code in the link you followed, the page you landed on, your device type, browser and operating system, and the city and country your IP address appears to be in. If you then create an account, this is kept with it. We use it to see which places bring people to EyesOnCash. The IP address itself is deleted once the location has been looked up.
How we use it
- To run the service: create and secure your account, show your balances, credit your ad earnings, and work out referral commissions and achievement rewards.
- To process payments: verify your deposits, and review and pay your withdrawals.
- To prevent fraud and abuse: detect fake payment proofs, reused transaction IDs, multiple accounts and automated ad viewing.
- To measure our advertising: see which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people to the site, and who goes on to sign up or buy a plan (see Cookies and browser storage).
- To contact you about your account: for example to verify your email address, reset your password, or tell you that a deposit or withdrawal was approved.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as you have an account.
After that, we keep transaction records, payment proofs and sign-in records for as long as we need them to deal with disputes, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
How we protect it
- Passwords are stored in hashed form.
- Sign-in cookies cannot be read by scripts in the page.
- We record the IP address used for sign-ins and money actions to help spot misuse.
No system is completely secure. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and never share it, including with anyone who says they are from support.
Your choices
- You can view and update your profile details in your dashboard.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct something you cannot change yourself.
- You can limit how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block third-party cookies and trackers in your browser. The site keeps working either way.
- You can ask us to close your account and delete your information. We may need to keep some records, such as your transaction history, for the reasons given under How long we keep it.
To make one of these requests, use the contact page. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours first.
Children
EyesOnCash is not intended for children. As the Terms of Service say, you may only use it if you are old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
